Brandon Dang: Executive Assistant

Hello, my name is Brandon, executive assistant at Reliance Roof Pros and Cooper Mountain Roofing. Born and raised in Oregon, graduated from Portland State majoring in Business Administration, I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to give back and serve the community in a meaningful and impactful way.

I’m grateful for the things I get to do every day, making meaningful changes. As the executive assistant, I will be your first point of contact whenever you call our office, as well as the first point of contact with the company owners. It is my goal to serve and communicate with every one of our clients with the same respect, professionalism, and thoughtfulness shown to family members and close friends.

What you will expect from calling our office is excellent customer service, a client-oriented mindset, as well as clear and concise information and communication.

Although new to the roofing industry, I am a quick learner and I’m very eager to grasp any concepts with a smile. I’ve attended well-known industry-related seminars/events such as Air Vent, VELUX, and Malarkey Roofing Products. The information that the seminars give out, practically for free, is invaluable, especially for novices just entering the trade.

One of the things I like to do in my spare time is just go for a hike out in nature, and I used to go camping with family and friends pretty regularly when back in my high school days. Family, as well as family values, are also a big part of my life. If I had to choose someone I hold in the highest regard and look up to, it would be my father.
