Ginsely Krill– Co-Owner

My name is Ginsely Krill, and I’m blessed to serve Reliance Roof Pros and Cooper Mountain Roofing as the Office Manager for our beloved customers and awesome co-workers.

I grew up in a small town, Luperon, Puerto Plata, at the northern area of the Dominican Republic. I moved to the east side of DR at age 10, where I finished High School and completed college with a Dental degree. I achieved this goal thanks to Compassion International, their staff, and the gracious sponsors who invested in my life spiritually and physically. I am the youngest daughter of Ana and Tom, the only sister to my two older brothers, who gave me the blessing to be an auntie to two beautiful nieces and two great nephews. I’m married to Matthew Krill, whom is one of my best examples of practical leadership and the main figure I look up to for guidance in combination to all the support from our business coach, Rutherford De Armas.

The best part of my life is to continuously challenge myself to be a great wife (hopefully a mom soon), daughter, daughter in-law, sister, sister in-law, auntie, friend, and coworker; but, before anything else, my relationship with God and my Faith in Him comes first. During my free time, I enjoy pampering and taking care of our home, being out in nature, fly fishing with my husband, singing and listening to music.

I joined my husband in the roofing industry service in 2021 collaborating with administrative tasks and responsibilities. The best part of my job is to serve our staff and customers. I’m constantly encouraged by our hard-working and honorable men in the field, as well as challenged by the dedication and commitment from our office staff. I deeply believe in our company core values, mission, and vision.

As a customer, I recommend our company because we are not sales-oriented, and we have a dedicated and committed team striving to make things right. As a homeowner, there is no bigger satisfaction than having a reliable team serving my roof, while going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

You will interact with me as I assist with scheduling, paperwork for your home, warranty and job completion documentation, project financing options, updates, billing, or simply a call to check on your project experience.
